KU Council for the Social Studies is an educational organization dedicated to the promotion of the social studies through community involvement, professional development, and educational opportunity.
Started at the University of Kansas in 2012, KUCSS has earned a place as one of the premier undergraduate Social Studies organizations in the country. Serving not just its members but the social studies community at large, KUCSS has partnerships with The National Archives, Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics, and other similar organizations.
